Four areas remain under Signal No. 3 with Severe Tropical Storm "Kristine" now over the coastal waters of Southern Ilocos Sur.

PAGASA said "Kristine" was so far over the coastal waters of Santa Cruz, packing maximum sustained winds of 95 kph near the center and with a gustiness of up to 145 kph.

It is moving west southwestward at 15 kph, and is forecast to go westward or west northwestward over the West Philippine Sea.

It may exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility region tomorrow afternoon. 

PAGASA said a gale warning is hoisted over the seaboards of Luzon and the western and central seaboards of Visayas.
