DALAWANG SOUTH KOREANS, TIMBOG SA BUREAU OF IMMIGRATION

Dalawang South Koreans na wanted sa operatiba sa Seoul ang inaresto ng ahente ng Bureau of Immigration (BI) dahil sa fraud at drug pushing. Sa ulat kay Immigration Commissioner Jaime Morente, kinilala ang mga dayuhan na sina Noh Kyungwoo, 36, na naaresto sa kahabaan ng F.B. Harrison Street, Pasay City, Metro Manila. Wanted din sa illegal drugs ang 53-anyos na si Kwon Soonho, na naaresto naman sa Hall of Justice Building sa Angeles City, Pampanga. Ayon sa Fugitive Search Unit (FSU) ng BI, si Noh ay may arrest warrant na inisyu ng Daejeon district court sa Korea noong April 2014 dahil sa kasong fraud. Higit sa 59 million won o US$50,000 ang nakuha nito gamit ang personal na impormasyon ng kanyang biktima sa pagbili at pagbebenta ng sasakyan sa online car sales business. “We also learned that last Nov. 12, Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) policemen arrested Noh for falsification of public documents but he was reportedly released on bail on the same day," sinabi ni BI-FSU acting chief Rendel Ryan Sy. Inisyu naman ng Seoul central district court ang arrest warrant laban kay Kwon na kinasuhan para sa pangangalakal at pangangasiwa ng mga na lumalabag sa narcotics control act sa kanilang bansa. “Both of them are already overstaying and undocumented aliens as their passports were already revoked by the Korean government,” dagdag pa ni Sy.
